Home ownership has declined because the housing prices are too damned
high. Those houses they want 150K-250K in these shitty suburbs here in the US are really only worth 60K at the most. Even the new ones. It is ridiculous. The prices need to come down and wages need to come up. The US will not survive with service jobs that pay minimum wage.

Both Bush and Obama have supported this "War on Terror", the Patriot Act, and so much more. Why do Reps and Dems agree together that we need to raise the debt ceiling?
